Staying Focused On Your Goals As A Studio Owner

A crazy inbox, phone ringing off the hook, classes to teach, invoices to create, lesson plans to prepare and somewhere among it all you have to eat, sleep and breathe…

Being a Studio Owner requires that you wear many hats. You’re not just a teacher, you’re also a bookkeeper, marketing executive, occasional therapist, team leader, business strategist, admin goddess and many more.

Sometimes there is just so much going on it’s difficult to know where to start and how to keep on track.

CEO Date

This is when you’re “CEO date” or “CEO Power Hour” is going to come into its own.

For example:

You may choose to sit down for your CEO Date or CEO Power Hour on a Sunday evening. During this time I want you to remind yourself of your goals you have set for your studio and pinpoint what you NEED to do in the following week in order to keep moving forwards in a positive way.

Taking the time out to work ON your studio rather than IN your studio will maintain the clarity you need to keep those goals fresh in your mind. Keeping those goals clear and creating positive stepping stones towards them every week is the ONLY way to keep you on the path to success.
